G-Tyres returns and warranty procedure

Any return or warranty claim should be notified in advance to the sales department of G-Tyres via sales@g-tyres.com or by telephone via +31(0)174-404404.

Any goods returned which have not been notified to G-Tyres will be rejected and not handled.

Returned goods (tyres and wheels)

Depending on the nature of the goods returned, a handling charge of €20 will be passed on. These costs are only passed on for handling the goods returned. These handling charges do not cover the costs of missing parts (hub caps/bolts/nuts/washers, etc.) or for the replacement of boxes.

For tyres and wheels that were ordered by mistake, cancelled, ordered specially or wheels which were hung in the customer’s showroom, the following acceptance criteria apply:

Other missing parts such as hub caps/bolts/nuts/washers, etc. are charged in accordance with standard prices. Goods returned which do not qualify for a credit note are returned at your own expense.

Goods under warranty (tyres and wheels)

Goods under warranty are goods which have to be brought back for the following reasons. If the product complies with the warranty conditions, we arrange for a free-of-charge exchange. If you make an invalid warranty claim, we will charge you €35 for the costs of shipping and handling.
